Trimble Office Renewal

What started as a challenge to increase capacity became an opportunity to unlock more from an existing workplace.
Inovo was engaged based on proven experience delivering complex FF&E and workplace projects, and a collaborative approach that suited to the client. The project involved transforming a 6,000m² office in Christchurch while supporting staff growth.
In the role of Design Manager and Project Manager, Inovo managed a complete refit of this existing office space. Six main stages of works were identified, resulting in:
- staff relocations to enable staged construction works
- creation of workshops
- assessment and reallocation of meeting rooms
- mechanical and HVAC system performance upgrades
- lighting improvements
- furniture upgrades
- renewal of all office spaces
- creation of a social hub for Trimble employees

A staged delivery approach enabled the office to remain fully operational throughout construction. Inovo planned and managed multiple staff relocations, coordinating programme, IT services, and suppliers to ensure moves were seamless, sensitive documentation was handled securely, and disruption to staff was minimised.
