The Rolleston Town Centre project intends to transform the current Rolleston Reserve into a vibrant town centre and focal point for the Rolleston Community.
This high profile public project is the key anchor of Selwyn District Council’s Long Term Plan. Inovo is undertaking project management including the development of the town centre Master Plan and working closely with the project architect Warren and Mahoney to coordinate the design of the civic buildings along with infrastructure and reserves.
The project includes the development of a new 2600m² civic library building, commercial developments, a town square and promenade with connecting laneways, community facilities, a Council service centre, new roading, traffic control and infrastructure, LPG direct energy scheme upgrade, multiple carparks to service the development, and major refurbishment of existing sports fields into a town reserve.
