The owners of Flock Hill Station were investigating options for increasing revenue, efficiency and viability of the Flock Hill Station Lodge and engaged Inovo to firstly audit existing facilities and infrastructure; assess options for upgrade and relocation of existing facilities; review district planning requirements and produce a redevelopment plan including Master Plan and Concepts for new and refurbished facilities.

Flock Hill Homestead was the first complex to be completed. The Homestead was designed with guests in mind, as a luxury accommodation, with elegant sitting rooms and dining rooms, an extensive deck area, pool and firepit.

Described by the Local Project as New Zealand’s most luxurious homestead, Inovo worked closely with Architects Warren and Mahoney and the property owners to develop a solution that exceeded expectations. The design and carpentry quality throughout have given the facility a euphoric quality that leaves an impression on all who visit.
