Rob has over 40 years’ experience in the property development and construction industry in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Rob is the founding director of Inovo and has developed a talented team delivering specialist services across a range of disciplines. Rob specialises in the difficult process of setting up complex projects, particularly client briefs, establishing project feasibility, project planning and building the project team. Rob has an excellent track record in the delivery of projects as a project manager, as well has working in within larger teams providing specialist planning and programming services.

Dave is a vastly experienced Project Manager, Planner and Quantity Surveyor and leads the Christchurch Project Management and Planning teams. Throughout his career, Dave has developed a well-deserved reputation as a strategic planning specialist. He brings detailed knowledge of construction methodologies, planning and procurement based on his project management and planning work for both clients and contractors. Dave has been integral to the success of significant master plans and strategic programmes of work for some of New Zealand’s largest institutions, bringing a clear focus on the benefits of early project planning.

Andrew brings over 30 years of management experience in local and international markets, including New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Southern Africa and the United Kingdom. He has led and been a key contributor to the success of many complex projects in the fields of property and infrastructure development, construction, and business growth. Andrew provides strong leadership and strategic management skills, working with clients to align their project objectives, then assembling and directing teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Ryan is an experienced industry professional with a strong strategic focus. His methodical and coordinated approach brings order to complex programmes of work, delivering quality outcomes for our clients. He ensures client expectations are understood and there are clear and effective lines of communication throughout all project phases. Ryan brings over 20 years of management experience in the local market, providing strong leadership and strategic management skills, working with clients to align their project objectives, then assembling and directing teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Tamara has a long-standing tenure with Inovo – she provides the business and strategic support that has helped to grow Inovo to the place it is today. She manages the vital support team that provides Inovo’s finance, human resources and business operations services. As an Associate, Tamara assists in company direction as part of the executive team and management board, bringing extensive experience in administration management and finance sectors. Trained in business administration and accounting, Tamara has a particular strength in business processes, policy values and procedures and has developed strong employee and client relations based on clear, timely communications.

Scott is a senior project management consultant with strong construction management credentials. Beginning in the trades and progressing through the industry into commercial site and project management, Scott has held key client, contractor and consultant positions over the last 20 years. Drawing on his extensive on-site practical experience, Scott offers significant expertise in regards to technical building feasibility and methodologies. He relates well to all levels of construction industry participants and develops strong relationships based on clear communication. Scott has extensive experience working with tertiary and government agencies to deliver multifaceted projects and programmes of works including the Ara Institute of Canterbury Master Plan and the Selwyn District Council, Rolleston Town Centre Development and West Coast Regional Council.

Michael has expert knowledge and management experience in land development, surveying, civil engineering, and resource management. He has been involved in projects varying in scale and complexity, working closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals in a leadership position where he strives to find solutions and add value for his clients. Michael brings a clear understanding of the regulatory planning framework and specialises in providing strategic project advice and assessing development feasibility.

Blair is a dynamic and motivated project planner and manager with 25 years’ industry experience. His background in both consultant and contractor positions has provided him with a strong understanding of construction methodologies which he applies to the sequencing of tasks and allocation of resources. He has a proven record of planning and managing projects from concept to completion and making critical decisions during challenges. Blair has broad experience with particular expertise in all aspects of the design and construction of structural steel, concrete and wooden structures, including associated infrastructure. He is an experienced senior leader who is result driven and outcome focused.
