The Health Hub will offer improved access to health services for Selwyn’s growing community.

Inovo is managing the delivery of this two-storey, 4,000m² facility, located opposite the Council offices in Rolleston. Proposed services offered by the Hub include radiology, physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmacy, blood services and general practice.

Inovo was appointed following design development and has been responsible for the procurement process, governance and reporting, construction performance monitoring, programme, risk management, stakeholder liaison, and cost management, and will manage the commissioning, handover and defect liability phases in due course.
