Civil Designer/Engineer - Land Development
AUCKLAND
With a strong pipeline of current and future work, we’re seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Auckland team.
You will work together with the wider Inovo team to design and deliver infrastructure projects, subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 1000 lots plus.
The successful candidates will ideally have:
- Hold a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor of Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering.
- 2+ years of land development and/or three waters engineering experience in Auckland
- Proficient with 12D or Civil 3D
- Understanding of AutoCAD, EPA net, Stormwater modelling, 2d flood modelling packages and Microsoft office.
- Have an understanding of the RMA and planning processes
- Understand 3910 contract management.
- Knowledge of Auckland civil engineering and construction specifications, standards and codes
- Superb mathematical, time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Senior Surveyor
Christchurch

We are respected in the project management, project planning and land development sectors for a comprehensive range of services, covering all phases of the project process. With a strong pipeline of current and future work, we’re seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our Christchurch team.
The Opportunity:
- You will manage and work together with the team to deliver subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 500 lots
- Curate subdivision design and civil engineering design
- Ensure accurate Cadastral Survey Datasets and other survey deliverables are completed on time
- Supervise and mentor the next generation of surveying professionals
- Join a team of around 50 surveyors, civil engineers, planner and project managers in our modern office in central Christchurch
About you:
- An experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Survey Technician
- Competent with Landonline and 12D software
- An excellent written and oral communicator
- Able to work independently and organise work programmes
- Proficient with field work techniques and quality assurance processes for GPS and Total Station
- Have an understanding of the RMA, planning processes and other relevant legislation
