This role will see you utilising and expanding your client relationship networks to support the growth and delivery of Inovo Specialist Project Services capabilities in the Auckland region.

We are seeking an enthusiastic junior/graduate to join our growing team of professionals working with technology and data to deliver 4D planning, project controls and data analytics for clients across New Zealand. This role will be part of the Inovo Project Services team incorporating Project Planning, Construction Planning, and Project Controls professionals.

The Opportunity:
- Lead, manage or provide technical expertise to deliver significant land development and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee projects from inception to detailed design and through construction to delivery

About you:
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification such as a BE(Hons) Civil or similar.
- 6+ years of recent New Zealand land development engineering experience
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards and codes
- Competent developing and managing 2D / 3D geometric, roading, pavement, earthworks, erosion/ sediment, three waters & surface hydrology designs
- Proficiency with 12D or Civil3D, Water, Stormwater and flood modelling software and Microsoft office.
- Ability and desire to provide mentorship to other team members
- Understanding of the RMA and planning processes as they relate to land development
- Competent with 3910 contract management including Engineer to the Contract.
- Superb mathematical, time management and organizational abilities
