Ara’s two storey executive administration building centralises administration and executive personnel and services into one identifiable building.
Inovo managed the delivery of the 1720m² project, which features an atrium, 348m² of open plan workspace, a collaboration space, two quiet rooms, an interview room and four meeting rooms of various sizes. The second floor comprises seven executive offices, 259m² of open plan workspace, three meeting rooms, a collaboration space and a communal kitchen area.
Light and airy on the inside, the building utilises passive solar shading for better efficiency.
The project won a 2018 Canterbury Architecture Award in the Commercial Architecture category.
