The purpose built facility in Christchurch’s Innovation Precinct brings Vodafone’s 450 staff together in open plan space.
Inovo was engaged by the main contractor to provide design model coordination, clash checking and resolution and 4D services linking the construction programme to the design models. Coordination of the separate design packages was completed to resolve design issues before the building works commenced.
The five-level, 9500m² headquarters is designed to five star green building standards.
