Inovo prepared a comprehensive development programme for the proposed new bus and railway interchange at Puhinui.
The project is part of Auckland Transport’s wider programme of works to provide a faster, more frequent and reliable rapid transit system between Auckland Airport, Manukau and Botany. Liaising with KiwiRail, Inovo developed construction methodologies and corresponding construction programmes to test the build duration assumptions that had been made during the feasibility phase.
Inovo then provided a detailed programme based on input from the Auckland Transport team, KiwiRail and specialist consultants, encompassing the design phases, approvals and consents, and the delivery strategy, all with the aim of getting work underway on site as quickly as possible.
