Located in the prestigious 8 Nugent precinct in Grafton, this high-spec apartment complex offers crisp, contemporary design.
The 17,500m² complex includes 92 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a refurbished basement, a 511m² retail plaza at street level and 71 carparks.
Inovo provided a detailed construction programme for the main contractor along with comprehensive progress reporting throughout the duration of the works.
The building is clad in a combination of raw concrete precast spandrels and aluminium composite panels, aluminium joinery and glass balustrades, with cedar decking. High-quality materials have been used throughout.
