Designed by Warren and Mahoney, this residential development is part of the Mary Potter community and includes twelve one- and two-bedroom units, positioned around a landscaped courtyard.
Inovo was engaged to provide construction planning and programming for the project, working collaboratively with the Main Contractor.
Despite a difficult site requiring extensive and time consuming removal of previous foundations and asbestos, the retirement facility, which features vertical cedar weatherboards and roll cap cladding, was completed to a very high standard within a ten-month period.
