These contemporary, highly engineered inner city apartments in Christchurch’s inner centre feature an innovative dual key arrangement, creating one spacious two bedroom apartment or a one-bedroom apartment plus a studio with a separate entrance.
Inovo was engaged as the project planner, working collaboratively with the main contractor to successfully deliver the three tilt-panel construction multi-storey buildings, housing 43 individual apartments. Due to the size of the panels, approximately half were cast on site, requiring carefully detailed production planning.
