Holiday Inn Express is an innovative self-service accommodation option, offering essential amenities at an affordable price.
Inovo is providing detailed construction planning services to the main contractor.
The new hotel will provide an additional 227 hotel rooms in busy Queenstown, with a a maximum guest occupancy of 450. Rooms are primarily 20m² standard ‘studio’ Queen and Twin guest room modules. Features include a fitness centre, meeting and laundry facilities, and the Great Room – a space for meetings, cocktail functions and networking.
