‘Building 4’ is a 53,000m² highly-serviced, inter-connected concrete and steel mixed-use building.
Inovo is providing detailed construction programming services to the main contractor, assisting them with the complex sequencing required to deliver the project within the client’s timeframe.
Building 4 will accommodate approximately 700 people. It comprises large open plan office space, laboratory and model shop spaces, a controlled air environment manufacturing space, materials warehouse, a distribution centre, under-croft carpark and extensive roading with landscaping to complement Fisher and Paykel’s existing campus.
Sustainability has been a core focus; the project is targeting a 5 Star Green Star built rating.
