EBOS engaged Inovo as their Client Representative for the fit out of their new pharmaceutical products distribution centre.
The project included 300m² of associated offices in addition to the 4500m² warehouse. Inovo managed the procurement and delivery phases of the tenant fit out, ensuring that EBOS’ programme of works were aligned to avoid any impacts on the contractor’s programme and subsequent potential extension of time claims.
The project required considerable coordination between EBOS and land owner Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL) with their Main Contractor Arrow International during the base build of the facility, as well as between EBOS and the shared tenant, Propharma, regarding the warehouse’s internal layout.
Inovo managed the coordination and finalisation of the Lease Agreement and asset register for EBOS and CIAL. A key focus of Inovo’s role was ensuring that the conditions of the Lease Agreement were maintained for both parties.
