Inovo has supported Christchurch International Airport in the delivery of three commercial business parks.
Mustang Park
A tourism transport hub, Mustang Park is an industrial park focusing on vehicle rental operators and associated businesses such as motor vehicle servicing and vehicle storage. Inovo was engaged by Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL) to support their internal project management team in delivering six individual car rental facility construction projects and one infrastructure package, all to be completed independently, to their own programmes, but within one overall package.
Dakota Park
Dakota Park is a business and commercial development park specialising in freight and logistics situated to the south of the airport campus. Dakota Park consists of an 80 hectare development site and has experienced high commercial demand resulting in ongoing building and infrastructure developments. Inovo was engaged by CIAL to assist their internal project management team deliver new building projects and as well as site infrastructure works to meet CIAL’s development programme.
Harvard Park
The focus of the Harvard Park precinct is trade retail and food and beverage, and is currently in development. Inovo was engaged to manage the design and construction of this staged development.
