Te Pae (gathering place in Te Reo) will be a world class conventions and exhibitions facility.
Inovo has worked closely with Otakaro, the organisation responsible for the design and construction of the Convention and Exhibition Centre, and project engineer Aurecon to develop a Master Plan and programme with focus on the design, consenting, procurement and construction process and sequencing to achieve a targeted completion date.
Inovo’s surveying team is responsible for survey set-out, as built and quality assurance for all construction activities including concrete works, steel erection, façade installation and the service trades.
With the capacity to host 2000 delegates, the facility includes a 1400-delegate auditorium, a 3600m² exhibition hall, and 1600m² of meeting rooms.
