Strategic Services
Inovo is providing strategic services over a number of years for transport network infrastructure across Auckland city including the Downtown Ferry Terminals, New Lynn, Papakura, Mt Albert, Manukau, Panmure and Rosedale Rail & Bus Stations. This work aims to provide better transport options for all Aucklanders, from developing innovative new travel solutions and improving public transport to maintaining current infrastructure and facilities.
Inovo has performed the Engineer to the Contract role for Auckland Transport on the Otahuhu Station and Half Moon Bay Ferry Terminals, providing expert advice and guidance for the resolution of claims and disputes, including NZ3910.
At Halfmoon Bay, Auckland Transport, in partnership with the Howick Local Board and the New Zealand Transport Agency, constructed a new ferry pontoon and pier at the end of Ara-Tai. New bus interchange area and bus stop facilities were built on Ara-Tai, supporting better integration of ferry and bus services.
Inovo has provided a range of services to Eke Panuku Development Auckland, including reviews and recommendations on construction project set-up, procurement, contractual issues, design, delivery and risk management.
