ANZCO, one of New Zealand’s largest exporters, engaged Inovo as their Client Representative for the fit out of their new corporate office.
Inovo’s role included significant liaison with the land owner, Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL), to finalise and agree the Lease Agreement with their procurement team on behalf of ANZCO, then ensuring that the agreement requirements are met throughout each stage of the project; coordinating with CIAL and their Main Contractor during the base build works; coordination of the fit out design phases; procurement of trades; supervision of ANZCO-appointed subcontractors; managing tenant changes and coordinating requests with the CIAL project management team, and in due course management of the delivery of the fit out works.
