How does PC 120 affect your development options?

Auckland’s Plan Change 120 (PC 120) was officially notified this week.

PC120 GIS mapping is now available on Auckland Council’s website.

Some areas have been identified with coastal erosion, coastal inundation or flooding risks. These areas have immediate legal effects under Plan Change 120. Any new development or existing consents being processed by Council must take into consideration of this new plan change. This may mean additional engineering assessments will be required.

Residential areas that are proposed to be rezoned to Single House Zone and Mixed Housing Urban Zone will also have immediate legal effects.
