As project planners and construction programmers for the Integrated Terminal project, Inovo pre-planned construction sequences in order to minimise disruption to the fully operational airport, while a staged programme allowed new operating systems to be commissioned and tested before the old services were taken out of service.

Constructing the new terminal over the footprint of the existing terminal involved the planning of over fifty subcontracting companies, with an average of 200 personnel on site each day (350 at the peak of construction) including working air-side around an international border and close to aircraft.
